About Berry Law Firm
Aggressive Criminal Attorneys in Lincoln & Omaha
Founded in 1965 by Attorney John Stevens Berry, Sr., Berry Law Firm has been fighting to protect the constitutional rights of clients for decades. Thousands of clients have trusted our firm with their cases and, more importantly, their futures.
Our knowledgeable Nebraska criminal defense lawyers have more than 100 years of collective legal experience, and we continue to uphold a heritage of aggressive, effective, and reliable legal advocacy to individuals who have been arrested or charged with crimes in Lincoln, Omaha, and the entire state of Nebraska.
Berry Law Firm represents individuals facing serious criminal charges in state and federal courts throughout Nebraska. While we have a long history of representing Nebraskans, we also have a long history of representing military personnel who have been charged with crimes. In addition, we have successfully represented out-of-state clients who have been stopped for drug crime charges, DUI's, or other crimes.
Berry Law Firm’s trial practice goes beyond criminal defense. Our personal injury practice represents victims of car accidents, slip-and-falls, and nursing home injuries, offering knowledgeable and supportive counsel. We also have a long history of representing veterans. When founder John Stevens Berry Sr. returned from his final tour in Vietnam, he offered representation to veterans with PTSD accused of crimes in Nebraska. Today, our veterans’ disability benefits practice represents veterans in all 50 states, including at VA regional offices, the Board of Veterans’ Appeals and the United States Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims.
