Perry Pirsch has been practicing law for over 15 years. He became a part of the Berry Law Firm in 2009 and works on appellate cases such as assisting veterans with Veterans Claims, and cases involving corporate/employment law, litigation, government affairs, estate planning, and divorce.
Before joining our firm, Perry served as the Assistant Attorney general for the State of Nebraska. He also worked in many legal roles such as serving as the Legislative Counsel to U.S. Rep. Lee Terry (R-NE) and Deputy and Counsel to the Nebraska State Treasurer. He also worked part-time as an Associate Counsel at Pirsch & Associates.
Perry earned his J.D. from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln College of Law in 1998, his B.A. from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in Political Science in 1998, and his M.A. in Journalism from UNL as well. He also holds a Masters in Public and Nonprofit Administration (M.P.A.) from George Mason University.
Perry has published articles in the William and Mary Policy Journal, Attorney General Opinions, and other law articles. He has also published works of fiction.
