Perry Pirsch has joined the Berry Law Firm in their Appellate Advocacy Section. Perry also has a background in civil litigation, corporate and employment law, and estate planning.

Perry Andrew Pirsch received his Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science (1994), his Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from the University of Nebraska, Lincoln (1998), and his Masters in Public and Nonprofit Administration (M.P.A.) from George Mason University (2003).

Perry is licensed in state and federal courts in Nebraska (1998), the District of Columbia (2000), and the United States Tax Court (2001) and Court of Appeals for Veterans' Claims (2009).

Perry has served as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Nebraska in the Civil Litagation Section (1998-2000), Legislative Counsel to Congressman Lee Terry (R-NE) (2003-2004), General Counsel to the Nebraska Auditor of Public Accounts (2004-2007), Deputy and Counsel to the Nebraska State Treasurer (2007-2008), and Associate Counsel at Pirsch & Associates, PLLC (2000-2009). He is also a published author.
