Matt is an associate practicing primiarily in the firm's civil litigation section. While Matt's focal areas are personal injury and family law, his civil litigation experience includes dog bites, premises liability, automobile accidents, landlord-tenant disputes, construction liens, divorces, child support, child custody, alimony, pension plan division and contract disputes, wrongful termination, business entity formation, and insurance subrogation. Matt generally represents plaintiffs and defendants is most matters, but primiarily represents plaintiffs in personal injury cases.
Additionally, Matt has a substantial criminal defense practice. Matt's criminal defense experience includes infractions, misdemeanors, and felonies. Matt has successfully represented clients charged with crimes such as assault, sexual assault, DUI, DUS, burgarly, drug possession, strangulation, disturbing the peace, and stalking.
Matt received is B.A. from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 1998. He earned his J.D. from the University of Nebraska in 2007.
